Order processing

If the order is placed before 12 am on a working day we aim to send it the same day, if it is placed later it will be sent the following working day.

Estimated delivery time for normal orders

For orders within the EU delivery is normally within 2-3 working days, and for orders to the rest of the world delivery time is normally within 3-5 working days. 

Pre-order Products

Pre-ordered products are usually sent within 24 hours (on working days) after we get them in storage. If your order contains both products we have in stock and pre-orders, we will send all of your items together when the pre-order products are in our storage. We will notify you by email when your order is shipped from our location.

Important information

Payment of additional import duties and taxes may be required before your order is released from customs, depending on the delivery address.
