Returns
We are working very hard to make sure that our products and services are as good as possible, and we hope that you will love all of your MIAO silk products when you receive them. But if by any reason you would like to return your products, this can be done in exchange for other products or a refund. Please follow the return guidelines below:
- Please send us an email: customerservice@misosilk.com to notify us within 30 days of receiving your goods. Please include your order number and the reason for exchange or return in the e-mail.
- The goods should be returned in its original packaging, and they should not have been used, washed or smell of perfume or other skin care products. All products should be packed the same way you received it/them, with original wrapping paper and in the original gift box.
- It is the customers responsibility to make sure that the retuned package arrives safely at our storage without any damage.
- After we receive your returned goods, we will send you new goods if you wish to exchange. If you wish to get a refund, we will refund you to your original bank card. Please note that only the cost of the product will be refunded, and any international import duties, taxes and shipping fee will not be refunded.
